Format:
4 x 8 hour face-to-face sessions over 4 days
Interactive, online learning environment with group dynamics and many exercises.
During the Masterclass you will:
- Learn how to plan out a document 'straw dog'
- Use building blocks and UMAP-IT
- Build a UMAP compliant document
- Audit documents for UX compliance.
What you get
You will be rewarded with skills for a lifetime plus:
- Full competence in Usability Mapping with UMAP-IT
- Ability to Usability Map any document
- Framed Certificate and Registration as a Master Usability Mapping Document Developer.
