1. Final purchases
All course purchases and registrations are final unless otherwise stated in a written agreement with the client.
2. Course issues
If a course cannot be delivered as described, participants may request assistance or a resolution within 7 days. Refunds may be provided at our discretion or as required by local consumer law.
3. Corporate clients
Corporate or enterprise client agreements take precedence over this policy.
4. EU customers
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days unless the course begins immediately and you consent to waive this right.
5. Timeframes
Refund or resolution requests should be submitted within 7 days of the issue.
